My mission is to provide unparalleled service to my clients through hard work, dedication, market expertise, and excellent communication. I prioritize my clients’ individual and unique needs, with a long-term goal of building lasting relationships with buyers and sellers.

I have been selling real estate in the Richmond area for 36 years and have sold over 1,000 homes.  My goal is to combine my business background,  an undergraduate degree in Economics and an MBA from George Washington University, and experience to help you navigate the often daunting and overwhelming process of buying and selling homes.

Holding myself accountable to you creates trust when it comes to selling your home.  I never forget that your home is most likely your single largest asset and that you have entrusted me to do everything right by you.  You can count on me to do what I say I am going to do, and do what I say that I will. Integrity allows each person on my team to take ownership of upholding the highest ethical standards, transparency, trust, and honesty.

Communication

I tell my staff that our goal is to “always answer the question before the client asks”. That means that we are clear on what you can expect during the process of selling your home. Regular conversations, honest feedback, seller input, and clear, concise explanations are the centerpiece of good service.  

Empathy

There are many moving parts when it comes to selling a home, and it is stressful and often emotional. I want you to know that I will be there for you every step of the way and to quickly resolve any issues that arise.

From detailed and accurate information on your property, to professional photos and magazine quality brochures…and everything in between – I will always represent you and your property at the highest level.
